Axel is your AI-powered call assistant. When you forward calls to your Axel number, our AI answers the phone with a friendly, professional voice — asks qualifying questions, transcribes the conversation, and texts you a summary so you can follow up.
Forwarding is easy. On iPhone: Settings → Phone → Call Forwarding. On Android: Phone app → Settings → Call Forwarding. Enter your Axel number, and you’re done. Voicemail and SMS will still go to your personal phone.
Yes. Axel detects the caller’s language automatically and speaks either English or Spanish fluently — including culturally appropriate responses and SMS summaries.
If the caller is silent, Axel will re-prompt them once. If there's still no response, the call will gracefully end, and you’ll get a summary noting no input was received.
Axel picks up in about 2–3 rings — typically under 10 seconds. Professional plans include faster routing to minimize wait times even during high call volume.
